Sandy provides professional and approachable property management services for landlords and tenants throughout Kaikohe and the wider Mid North.

Before joining Ray White Kaikohe, Sandy built a strong background in customer service, operations and business ownership. While living in Australia, she worked in operations for Virgin Australia at Gold Coast Airport and also successfully ran her own business.

This experience developed strong skills in organisation, communication, problem-solving and accountability, which Sandy now applies to the day-to-day management of rental properties and tenancies.

As a former business owner, Sandy understands the importance of looking after valuable assets and providing reliable, professional service. Her approach to property management centres on clear communication, attention to detail and respectful relationships with both landlords and tenants.

Originally from Northland and now based in Kerikeri, Sandy has strong family connections throughout Kerikeri and Ahipara and a genuine understanding of the communities she serves.
