Rental viewing times are shown on the relevant property advertisement. Register using the listing instructions so the property manager can confirm the appointment and notify you if anything changes.

Before the viewing

• Read the full advertisement and check the location
• Confirm the weekly rent and availability suit you
• Register every attendee as requested
• Prepare questions about the property or tenancy terms

At the property

Arrive on time and follow the property manager’s instructions. Consider the layout, condition, heating, storage, parking, outdoor areas and any responsibilities for lawns, gardens, water or other services.

After the viewing
