Emergency Repairs
When general repairs are required at your property you need to contact your Property Manager in writing, to notify them or use the above maintenance portal. However in cases where these repairs, or lack of repair, could cause injury to the tenant or damage to the property then they could be classed as ‘emergency repairs’. If such situations arise you need to notify your Property Manager, or the property management office for which they work, immediately (even if this is after hours or on a weekend/public holiday).

If this is the case, and you are unable to make contact with your property manager, please contact a local tradesperson directly, and make it very clear that you rent through Ray White Kaikohe, and you are unable to make contact with your Property Manager.
If the work required is not an emergency, and you do not have prior approval to complete this work, you may be liable to pay the invoice.
