Super Gold Card

Eligible SuperGold cardholders can receive a 10% discount on Ray White’s normal standard commission when selling a property.

The discount is intended to recognise older New Zealanders and veterans who are preparing to sell. To use the offer, tell your Ray White Kaikohe salesperson that you hold a SuperGold card before the agency agreement is signed. The discount should be recorded in the agreement and is applied when the sale settles.

How the SuperGold property offer works

• At least one property owner must hold an eligible SuperGold card.
• The offer must be requested before the agency agreement is signed.
• The agreed discount must be recorded in the signed agency agreement.
• The discount is calculated as 10% of the gross normal standard commission applied by the agency.
